Last week Joe Zekas joined Jameson agents Lindsey Delrahim and Ami Bumia on a tour of furnished models at Silver Tower, a new-construction high-rise at 303 W Ohio St in River North.
Since Jameson took over sales at Silver Tower and announced price cuts on all available units, buyers have signed contracts and closed on dozens of homes. Condos at Silver Tower currently range from the $230s for a one-bedroom / one-bath to the $680s for a three-bedroom / 2.5-bath.
