Koenig & Strey has begun marketing a new-construction development called Lincoln Square Flats, located at 2208 W Lawrence Ave. The 24-unit building will have bays and terraces, a rooftop deck with a dog run, and garage parking. Prices start in the $370s. We’re not sure if the ground floor is residential or retail, but whatever it is, it looks like it’s pretty closely guarded by a garden box that stretches the length of the building.
