We’ve already told you about The Flats on Fulton, but, as East Garfield Park week continues, the Yo is taking a look at other new developments in the neighborhood. The largest of these is Jackson Square at West End — located on the site of the CHA‘s former Rockwell Gardens project — bounded by Madison, Van Buren, Rockwell and Western. AMS Realty is marketing the development, which will bring a mix of 780 single-family, condo and townhome units, both for-sale and rental, to the neighborhood. Check out an article New Homes Magazine ran on the project back in April for more information. Condos at Jackson Square start in the $240s and single-family homes in the high $400s.
Century 21 S.G.R. is marketing Flournoy Flats, located at 3000 W Flournoy St. The new-construction development has nine three-story buildings with a total of 39 condos. The two- and three-bedroom units are priced from the $180s to the $220s. The company is also behind an 18-unit new-construction building planned for 2650 W Madison St: The Haven (pictured left). That development has two- and three-bedroom condos priced from the $260s to the $320s.
Century 21 Pro-Team is advertising a 20-unit new-construction condo building right off the Eisenhower Expressway. The development (pictured top left) also will have 2,600 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Just down the street, at 2727 W Congress Pkwy (pictured top right), there’s a new-construction building with two- and three-bedroom condos priced from the $260s.
On the conversion end of things, we spotted a 10-unit building at 2809 W Washington Blvd with one- and two-bedroom condos priced from the $130s and, at 100 N Hamlin Blvd, there’s Conservatory Manor (pictured right). Two-bedroom gut-rehabbed condos here start in the $120s.
