The ceremonial groundbreaking for 4 East Elm marked the launch of the first condo tower to be built on the north side of Chicago in more than five years, and only the second to launch in the city during that period.
Featured speakers at the groundbreaking included @properties owner Thaddeus Wong, 2nd Ward Alderman Robert Fioretti, developer Donald Wilson of Convexity Properties and Deputy Mayor Steven Koch.
The 35-unit, 23-story Gold Coast building will have a full suite of amenities and half- and full-floor units priced from $2.2M to more than $7M.
