I came across these condos during a trip to some other Ukrainian Village and Wicker Park yesterday afternoon. (More on those other projects later.) Vintage Realty recently began marketing this all-brick building at 2013 W Rice St, and I learned this morning that all three of its units are still available.
The development comprises a three-bedroom, ground-floor home priced in the $510s; a two-bedroom, second-floor home priced in the $390s; and a two-bedroom, top-floor home with rooftop deck priced in the $410s. Each unit comes with one garage parking space, according to Vintage Realty’s listings.
The prices appear to be in line with other two- and three-bedrooms in the vicinity; units at 863 N Hermitage Ave (five blocks east) start in the $390s, and the condos at 2028 W Augusta Blvd (three blocks north) range from the $360s to the $490s.
