Luxe on Madison, 1222 W Madison, is slating mid-January 2016 occupancy for its westward expansion and offering special deals on currently available apartments.
Studios in the new building will rent from $1,650 to $1,720 a month, and 1-bedrooms from $2,000 to $2,455 a month.
A spacious 2-bedroom plus den, 2-bath is available now for $3,225 a month. Lease for 18 months and receive a $1,000 discount on your first month’s rent or pro-rated rent for the balance of October.
Apartments that become available in November are eligible for a month’s free parking and a $1,000 rent credit on 17-month leases.
The apartments feature kitchens with teak cabinets and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, private balconies, and large living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Luxe on Madison has a first-floor resident lounge with computer workstations, a business conference room, a media room and a fitness room.
