The second phase of Luxe on Madison is prepping apartments for mid-January occupancy. Floor plans and rent and availability info are online.
Apartments are also available in the existing phase. The apartments feature kitchens with teak cabinets and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, private balconies, and large living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows.
A $1,000 rent credit is available on a 15-18 month lease on an existing 1-bedroom, and a month’s free rent on a 2-bedroom. All new leases also receive a month’s free parking.

Bus service to the Loop, the United Center and the Medical District is available just outside the building. The CTA Pink and Green Line stop at Morgan is a few blocks away, and Luxe has good access to the city’s expressway grid.
