I’ve just finished scouring the new rental listings on the North Shore for bargains to bring to your attention. I couldn’t find any.
Perhaps the reason is that the number of new MLS-listed homes and condos for rent in the area was lower than usual this past week, with just 39 new offerings coming to and remaining on the market. The available inventory of homes, with the exception of Winnetka, has been creeping up over the past several months, and absorption rates have slowed – as you’d expect now that the school year has begun.
All that said, there are a number of attractive homes for rent in Chicago’s North Shore communities.
