There’s a lot going on up north. Here’s a look at some of the developments that have popped up on our radar recently:
O’Flaherty Builders’ new-construction elevator building (pictured) at 4616 N Kenmore Ave in Uptown has 21 two-bedroom condos, a rooftop deck and garage parking for $10,000 (which seems like a steal these days). Prices range from the $280s to the $380s.
There’s a new conversion in Ravenswood at 4646 N Winchester Ave. The building has 14 two-bedroom condos, private terraces and new plumbing, electric, and windows. Prices range from the $220s to the $310s.
Parkhill Development has a nine-unit building at 917 W Agatite Ave in Buena Park. Units have two bedrooms, and some have dens. Prices range from the $270s to the $370s, and parking is included with some units.
