Old Town, River North, Streeterville and Gold Coast apartment deals and finds, 2/26/15

The on-site leasing office and model apartments are now open at North Water, a 52-story apartment tower at 340 E North Water in Streeterville. North Water is a full-amenity view building with sweeping vistas in every direction. Apartments are available for March 1 and later occupancy.

Chestnut Place, 850 N State, is offering a month’s free rent on newly-renovated vacant apartments.

Scott Residences, 211 W Scott in Old Town, is at 96% occupancy. Three one-bedrooms are still available.

The Lofts at River East, Streeterville’s only rental loft building, has been leasing rapidly for April 1 occupancy. All of the south-facing two-bedrooms with balconies overlooking the Ogden Slip have been rented for April, but a few are available for mid-May.

One-bedrooms are still available for April occupancy.

Hubbard Place has three 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments “at a new net monthly rent of $3,221 to $3,367.

Atwater, 355 E Ohio, will apply the $450 admin fee to the first month’s rent for a client who applies within 48 hours of their initial visit.

Unit 3506 at Atwater, a 1-bedroom, has been newly renovated with white quartz countertops, plank flooring throughout the apartment, and new finish details. It’s available for immediate occupancy.

The leasing center for State & Chestnut opened recently at 873 N Rush. First occupancies are July 1, and early birds can lock up some of the building’s best apartments. The split-bedroom layout 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments with balconies are a good bet to rent quickly.

Planned Property is offering a half-month’s free rent on all 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner apartments at 1111 North Dearborn.

Planned Property is also offering a half-month’s free rent and waiving dog rent on 2-bedroom, 2-baths at 1000 North LaSalle. 1000 has a private dog park.

Chestnut Tower, 121 W Chestnut, is offering a month’s free rent and a $100 monthly parking rate for new residents of select apartments with leases beginning by 3/15/15. The following fully-renovated apartments with designer finishes are eligible for the offer:

  • #3406, a 3-bedroom, 3- bath, 1,920 square foot unit with north, east and west views for $5,225.
  • #2003, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,100 square foot southwest corner unit for $3,170.
  • #1904, a west-facing 1-bedroom for $2,200.
  • #2304, a 770 square foot top floor west-facing 1-bedroom for $2,300. The unit has a built-in beverage center.

  • 1225 Old Town is showcasing a new furnished model of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartments currently available.
