Not for sales, mind you, just the exterior. Anyone who’s seen One Museum Park up close knows that the upper half of its center column has been a big pillar of exposed concrete. I can’t be sure, but from the penthouse-level terrace at the neighboring Sky 55, it looked like workers were readying the column for its glass and metal cladding.
