It looks like the townhome development at 3517 S Hoyne Ave in McKinley Park is about ready for the ornamental copper (at least we think it’s going to be copper) detailing around the window bays. Considering how much of the streetscape the buildings take up, we hope this addition perks up an otherwise humdrum row of homes. Units have two or three bedrooms, 1,800 to 2,200 square feet, finished basements and attached garages. Prices start in the $300s.
