Mark spent some time in Streeterville this week and brought back a shot of MCL Companies’ 47-story tower, ParkView, located at 505 N McClurg Ct.
According to the project’s Web site, many of the tower’s condominiums are ready for immediate delivery. Others can be ready in 30 to 60 days.
I’m waiting to get some specifics about ParkView’s availability – one of the building’s three two-bedroom layouts has sold out, but it appears that there are still one-, two- and three-bedroom units for sale – but I do know that the building’s condos have been ranging in price from the $380s to $1 million. If those price points change, I’ll let you know.
