Peterson Park condo development waiting for second phase

Two newish condo buildings sit up the street from Lincoln Crossing, the 35-unit development we told you about yesterday, and across from a massive, renovated retail enclave that includes Borders, Walgreens, Home Depot and Lowe’s stores. The first is Lincoln Point (left), located at 5900 N Lincoln Ave in the Peterson Park neighborhood. The first phase (pictured) is sold out, but about half of the 32 units in phase two, which has yet to begin construction next door, are still available with prices ranging from the $230s to the $400s.
