Plans to construct a condo building with two duplexes at 1544 W Henderson St have been scrapped, according to @properties agent Mary Bowler, who was marketing the project.
Bowler says the developer, Super 8 Development, has decided to sell the property.
Super 8 Development had planned to build a 2,100-square-foot penthouse duplex and a 2,300-square-foot duplex-down unit.
When we walked by the lot last week, we noticed that it’s occupied by a single-family frame house.
