The models at Superior 110 in River North are open 7 days a week from noon to 4. @properties Greg Eldridge recently showed me around a half-floor unit with sprawling outdoor spaces. It’s priced at $1.2M and can be combined into a customizable full-floor home.
Visit a spectacular penthouse at 235 Van Buren in the Loop with owners Matt and Lauren and learn why they bought at the Ralph Johnson-designed new high-rise. New ownership has recently slashed prices on townhome-sized single-floor units at CA23 in the West Loop. The new 1,900 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bath homes now start at $484,900. Models are open daily (by appointment Wednesday and Thursday), from 10 to 6.
The Loft Condominiums at Trio, 650 W Wayman in the Fulton River District, also have new ownership, new models and a round of price cuts. One- and two-bedrooms are closeout-priced from $199,900 to $359,900. The models are open noon to 6 Thursdays and noon to 5 Saturdays and Sundays.
The single-family rowhomes at Lexington Square in Bridgeport are open Monday through Saturday from noon to 5, and Sunday from 11 to 5. Three and 4-bedroom, 2 ½ to 3 ½ bath homes with 2-car garages start at $379,880.
In Streeterville, Stephanie Maloney and developer Buzz Ruttenberg recently showed me around a 600 N Lake Shore Dr 3-bedroom, 3-bath model which has been reconfigured to accommodate larger public living spaces. The two-tower project is nearing a sellout. Models are open daily from 10 to 6.
I recently visited a newly-completed 2-bedroom model at 433 Briar in Lakeview East with Belgravia Group project manager Zev Salomon. Two-bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 1,600 square foot units are priced from $349,900 and 2,300 square foot 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath units from $539,900. Models are open daily from 10 to 6.
Back in January Jacob Kaufman, Belgravia Group Executive VP, walked me through several models at 565 Quincy in the West Loop. Last year-s price cuts generated 100s of sales in the project, which is now more than 85% sold. Junior 1-bedrooms start at $159,900, 1-bedrooms at $255,900 and 2-bedroom, 2-bath units at $321,900.
