The project has garnered two brief mentions on YoChicago over the past two years. In that time, Korber, an agent with Jameson Realty Group, has sold all but one of the 12 condos at the Lakeview East property.
Being the last buyer to sign at 663 West Barry can have its perks. And since the home is the last one available, the buyer gets the last parking spot: the property’s wide, ADA-compliant space.

Along with the roof deck, the condo has a balcony, and the home’s location places residents just four short blocks away from Belmont Harbor and the lake.
The unit is priced in the $430s, according to the Jameson Web site.
