Architect Pat FitzGerald built a new home in Ravenswood 20 years ago and has raised his two children there.
He’s recently put his home on the market, but is staying in the neighborhood in a new home he’s built that’s nearing completion.
FitzGerald is one of Chicago’s most prolific architects and is familiar with many of its neighborhoods.
In the video, Pat gives me an overview of what he’s found attractive about living in Ravenswood, and a brief take on how it’s changed during his time there.
