Remaining River City condos going on the block

River City Private Residences won kudos from New Homes Magazine for being the best new condo conversion in the city — six years ago. After throwing every incentive under the sun, including three years of free assessments and even a check for $10K, at potential buyers, developer American Invsco is handing 12 remaining condos over to Rick Levin & Associates for auction on April 24. Available units range from studios to four bedrooms and include duplexes and penthouses. Once upon a time, prices ranged from the $450s to the $880s, but opening bids at the auction start from $125,000 to $250,000. Four units will be sold regardless of price, according to Levin.
