At long last, One Museum Park is getting its much-needed glass cladding up its center column, finally bringing exterior construction to a close. The Enterprise Companies still has a long way to go before it can close the book on its flagship tower at 1211 S Prairie Ave — exclusive broker Coldwell Banker still lists four two-bedroom homes and 43 three-bedrooms for sale in the building.
There’s almost no demand for new three-bedroom condos in the downtown market right now, according to Appraisal Research Counselors‘ latest Downtown Chicago Residential Benchmark Report, so it could be a while before we see much more movement at One Museum Park or the still-rising One Museum Park West, which has 38 three-bedroom units of its own to deal with.
Along with a handful of resales, several One Museum Park homes surface in an MLS search as rentals, including some marketed by Coldwell Banker. They include:
- One-bedroom / one-baths for $2,000 to $2,100 a month
- Two-bedroom / two-baths for $3,000 to $3,500 a month
- Three-bedroom / three-baths for $4,800 to $7,200 a month
Amenities at One Museum Park include indoor and outdoor pools, sun deck, fitness center with locker rooms and saunas, Owners Club lounge with adjacent kitchen, 24-hour door staff, and concierge.
