We just got word that prices for the new condos at 2446 N Racine Ave in Lincoln Park are now slightly lower than we first reported – from the $950s to $1.1 million, instead of from the $970s to $1.8 million, according to Lindsay Muller of Rubloff’s Mario Greco Group.
The units have 3,000 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and 2.5 or three baths. The vintage-inspired interiors feature “lots and lots of detailed millwork: archways, columns, pediments, baseboards, moldings, wainscoting, chair rails,” according to Mario Greco. Deliveries are slated for next spring.
