Apparently this town is only big enough for one opus. JFJ Development has changed the name of its 27-story River North high-rise from Opus 110 to Superior 110 to avoid being associated with national real estate development company The Opus Group, which is based in Minneapolis and has a regional office in Rosemont. The company has an office complex called Opus Landmark in development in Lake Forest.
The Hartshorne Plunkard-designed Superior 110 has 62 one- to three-bedroom condos priced from the $490s to $1.6 million. The sales center is located at 747 N LaSalle Dr.
