Rubloff agent Eric Rojas recently reviewed first-quarter sales in Lincoln Park and Lake View and found that activity is up significantly in both neighborhoods compared to the first three months of ’09. More than 150 condos and townhomes closed in Lincoln Park between January 1 and March 31, compared to just 62 during the same period last year.
