Magellan Development Group won’t kickstart its marketing push for The Parkhomes at Lakeshore East for another few weeks, but its model unit is ready to go and 10 of its homes are already spoken for, says Leila Zammatta, senior vice president of sales.
The first round of construction on the 25 townhouses will be finished in August, and the remaining units will be ready for occupancy by year’s end, Zammatta says. The Parkhomes are a mix of traditional “side-by-side” townhouses and more condominium-style homes with one to three stories, she says.
Prices range from $1.3 million to $2.5 million.
