The condos at 3207 N Clifton Ave are ideal if you suddenly find yourself in need of a lawyer’s advice.
Levit & Lipshutz – the law firm that represents the project’s developer, Gibbons Construction, LLC – rents the office space on the ground floor.
Century 21 Sussex & Reilly agent Kieran Fahy, who is marketing the project, says a quiet law firm is likely to be a much better neighbor than a late-night bar or restaurant.
Four condos with two bedrooms and two baths are left in the eight-unit building, Fahy says. Prices range from the $470s to the low-$500s, he adds.
Construction on the building began last summer, and the first deliveries were last week, according to Fahy. He says a main selling point has been the building’s location: it’s three blocks west of the Belmont el stop and four blocks east of the Southport el stop.
“It borders Belmont, but it’s far enough from Sheffield that you’re not getting all of the noise,” he says.
The units are about 1,400 square feet, and features include 10-foot ceiling heights, crown molding, Brazilian oak floors, decks and Viking appliance packages. Heated garage parking is included in the price.
The building is solid concrete and has an elevator, Fahy adds.
