(The banner draped on the side of the building says Bradley Place, but Davis says that’s not the development’s official name. Some of the developer’s other materials call the project Bradley Square. We’re tempted to just call it Brad.)
The project spans 1946 – 1956 W Bradley Pl and 3733 – 3735 N Damen Ave, according to Davis. The developer is 1946 Bradley, LLC.
The remaining unit – 3735 N Damen Ave #1 – has one bedroom and one bath, and features cherry cabinets, undermount sinks, limestone baths and custom tiling.
@properties lists the condo at $199,900.
