Keeler Corner, a 20-unit gut-rehab building at 4201 W Addison St in South Old Irving Park, is 40 percent sold, according to Nick Pissios, the @properties sales agent who is marketing the development.
The one- and two-bedroom condos feature hardwood floors, maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Pissios says that all units are ready for delivery within 20 to 30 days of closing, and buyers have finish choices for paint and type of granite.
The building’s developer, Action Development, is also offering a $2,000 credit that can be used for closing costs or upgrades on all contracts taken before July 31.
Prices at Keeler Corner range from the $150s to the $230s.
