Sales at Pure, 24 S Morgan St, have reached 40 percent, according to Stino Milito of @properties. If my math’s correct, that means about 40 of the building’s 67 condominiums are still on the market.
Available condos have one to three beds, two to 2.5 baths and 679 to 2,000 square feet of space. Prices run from the $240s to $800s. A recent trip to the West Loop revealed that Pure has reached its full height of 13 stories; will sales pick up as potential buyers get a better look at the finished product?
