Here’s another project that’s listed on NewHomeNotebook.com, but that has never graced the pages of Yo. LakePointe Development’s eight-unit building at 2663 N Ashland Ave in Lincoln Park has three three-bedroom / 2.5-bath units available, according to Rachel Krueger of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. All three units have 2,125 square feet of living space, and they all feature private outdoor space.
The units come with stained white oak floors throughout, crown molding, gas-starting wood fireplaces, in-unit front-loading washer and dryer, and a standard package of Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch appliances and Kohler, Grohe, and Toto fixtures.
The second-, third- and fourth-floor units are priced in the $620s, the $650s and the $670s. Krueger says these units have been on the market since February of 2007, and the developer hasn’t dropped the prices or offered any other incentives. One garage parking space is included with each unit.
Looking at these units within the context of Lincoln Park, Lehmann Court has two-bedroom / two-baths starting in the $540s; 1,500 square-foot two-bedrooms at 2736 North Southport start in the $620s; and 2668 North Halsted, which I wrote about yesterday, has two-bedroom / two-baths starting in the $480s.
