We’ve posted a handful of construction checkups for RDM Development‘s Trio on Yo this year, but a sales update for the Fulton River District development is long overdue.
In terms of both sales and construction, sales agent Mike King from the Matt Garrison Group says the mid-rises at Trio are much further along than the 22-story high-rise. The two mid-rises, which have already started delivering, are about 80 percent sold, while only 23 of the 100 condos in the high-rise are currently under contract.
The discovery that only 23 percent of the units in a condo high-rise have been sold might raise eyebrows and red flags, but in this situation, the high-rise condos comprise less than half of the development’s total units. Between the mid-rises and the high-rises, more than 50 percent of the condos in Trio have sold.
Both one- and two-bedrooms are still available in both the high-rise and the two mid-rises, and King says the two-bedrooms are in greater abundance. The few remaining one-bedrooms start in the $240s, and two-bedrooms start in the $280s.
Two-bedroom / two-bath penthouses are priced from the $700s to $1.4 million, and they range in size from 1,800 to 3,500 square feet. Deliveries on the condos in the high-rise will begin in spring 2009. Parking at Trio is an extra $35,000.
