Only two units remain for sale at 3034 W Logan Blvd in Logan Square, according to Jason Engle, an @properties agent who is marketing the project.
The 18 two- and three-bedroom units feature exposed brick walls, cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, outdoor decks and full AV systems with 42-inch plasma TVs.
Engle says construction is underway, and first deliveries are scheduled for October or November.
Prices range from the $220s to the $320s.
