Intern Lou noticed last month that the Brands Park Manor development at 3223 N Francisco Ave in Avondale was down to its last three condos. One of those has closed within the past four weeks, and the eight-unit elevator building is down to just two three-bedroom / two-bath homes.
The two units, both priced in the $360s, have 1,600 to 1,700 square feet and come with deck terraces, gated parking and storage spaces, says Mark Cohen of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Unit features include 42-inch cherry cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and backsplashes, and all-marble master baths with spa showers.
Both homes are ready for immediate delivery, Cohen says.
As its name suggests, Brands Park Manor puts residents just a short stroll south of Brands Park. More importantly, they’re practically next door to Avondale’s greatest neighborhood amenity: Kuma’s Corner.
