You have to see Romus Construction’s completed Celadon Flats, located at 1825 N Winnebago Ave in Bucktown, to appreciate the character that the giant balconies and aluminum window accents give what otherwise might have been a run-of-the-mill condo building. The rendering does get kudos for picturing the el tracks in the background, though. The two- and three-bedroom units are priced from the $540s and include two heated garage parking spaces.
