Looks like the folks at Habitat spent too much time at Zanies — across the street from this Old Town condo development — and decided it would be hilarious to make the face of the building completely different from its rendering. Located at 1445 N Wells St, the elevator building is supposed to have one simplex and two 3,300-square-foot duplexes, but who knows what other jokes they might have come up with.
