Sutherland Pearsall‘s condo building in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood is a dead ringer for its rendering until you reach the top (the darker portion surrounding the front door is simply wet from a lawn sprinkler). The rendering shows the lighter stone used on the middle portion of the building also capping it off, but builders obviously chose red brick instead. Also, if you want to get really picky, the ornamental stone crown on the building, which is wider and more distinctive in the rendering, looks pretty wimpy in real life. There are four three-bedroom units left in the six-unit building, located at 4715 S Champlain Ave. Prices start in the $250s and include off-street parking.
