If it seems like we pay more attention to Stonegate Development‘s Silver Tower than some of the other new developments, it’s probably because at 303 W Ohio St, it’s just a couple of blocks from the Yo office in River North. Now what’s that saying about the three most important factors to consider when buying or selling real estate?
Today, I took a walk around the corner to see how construction is coming on the 40-story high-rise, and I stopped in the sales center and had a look at the furnished model, where the scene is neither silver nor gray. Instead, it’s sort of cream colored and bright. According to Jason Pohlonski from @properties, who was manning the sales center this afternoon, construction workers are currently pouring the 38th floor, so it shouldn’t be too long before the building is topped off.
