Here’s another building to add to the list of small new-construction condo developments that are currently under construction in the Ukrainian Village. Listings for 2144 West Rice first hit the MLS on Friday, and Chicago Properties agent Sam Shaffer says a furnished model has been staged.
According to the brochure Shaffer emailed me, four of the six condos are duplex units, each of which have about 3,000 square feet of space. The duplexes are family-sized: They each have four or five bedrooms and three or 3.5 baths each, and they’re priced from the $590s to the $690s, or $200 – $233 per square foot.
The two three-bedroom / two-bath single-floor units each have 1,500 square feet, and they’re both priced in the $440s, or about $300 per square foot.
According to the listings, buyers can still customize the finishes, and the developer will earmark an allowance for tiling in hardwood flooring. Below are a few interior photos from the brochure.
