After paying a visit to one of 1400 Museum Park’s models on a Sunday afternoon, Joe Askins of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com was ready to call it a day. Then one of the building’s maintenance personnel suggested Joe take a trip up to the 33rd floor, where many of the tower’s common amenities will be located. Joe went up to the unfinished level alone and brought back some video of 1400’s “party room,” fitness center and swimming pool.
