Here is our first peek at Smithfield Properties’ new SoNo high-rise, designed by architectural firm Booth Hansen. Almost 25 percent of the condos have already been sold after only a couple of weeks on the market. Around the office the design has been likened to that of 30 W Oak, another Smithfield / Booth Hansen collaboration. What do you think?
