Construction is quite a bit further along at Lakeside Lofts since we visited the building’s skeleton in July (right). The first phase of the development, located at 2025 S Indiana Ave, has taken shape nicely, but it looks like the planned second phase is frozen in time– only the same sparse beams that stood in July are standing now. The Frankel & Giles development has 100 loft-style condos with one or two bedrooms and a rooftop botanical garden. Prices range from the $200s to the $400s.
