The remaining units at Lake Bluff Condos have been selling briskly after a recent steep price reduction, according to developer Garry Benson.
Benson relates that the building, although built as a condo, had once fetched the highest rents in Wisconsin. After the recent price reductions the cost of ownership is now less than the cost of renting, he reports.
