The development has three- and four-bedroom condos featuring hardwood floors, fireplaces, 11-foot ceiling heights, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and marble baths. Fourth-floor units also have private rooftop decks, and one parking space is included with each unit.
Pre-construction pricing ranges from the $280s to the $410s, and according to a price sheet we received, four units have already sold and two have been reserved.
Deliveries for phase one of the development will start in December 2008, according to Kevin Dembinsky, owner of Second City Realty, which is marketing the project.
A sales center will open next week at 3908 W Armitage Ave.
