The 27-story building is nearing a sell-out, with just over a dozen units remaining of the original 62 (58 after combinations). It’s a boutique building that has no more than 4 units to a floor and also features a number of half-floor units.

We talk about the recent significant price discounting at Superior 110, and about the extent to which it has seen contract fallout, a phenomenon that’s been pervasive in the current market.
