Sussex & Reilly will open a sales center for Real Concord Development’s RiverHouse this weekend. The serpentine condo building, designed by DesignBridge Ltd., fronts a 600-foot stretch of riverfront in Ravenswood, and its 82 two- to four-bedroom condos start in the $280s. The building also has a rooftop sundeck and gardens.
The opening runs from noon to 4:00 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday at 4835 N Sacramento Ave, and Sussex is advertising up to $16,000 in “free options” to the first 10 buyers.
