Rob bought at the new Ralph Johnson-designed high-rise at 235 Van Buren late last year. He looked at hundreds of places online and dozens in person before deciding on 235.
Rob’s decision was primarily motivated by the combination of location and price. The location is close to downtown activity and affords easy access to the ballparks and Chicago’s lakefront. It’s also a short hop onto the expressway for Rob’s commute to work in the northwest suburbs.
