Six North Michigan may be an old tower — Montgomery Ward built it in 1899 — but that doesn’t mean it lacks the amenities buyers desire in their condo buildings. @properties agent George Schultz showed around some of the building’s common spaces, including its fitness center, owners lounge and private theater, during my tour of the tower last week. These spaces also gave me one of my only views of Six North Michigan’s balconies, which are found on the building’s northern and western faces.
