After viewing a two-bedroom / two-bath model unit in Part 1 of my visit to The Clarovista‘s grand opening, Jameson Real Estate‘s Jim Murrin and I went across the hall to look at a slightly smaller two-bedroom / one-bath. As Murrin explained in the first video, the event took place on the fifth floor, which is the first residential floor in the building. All of the homes on the fifth floor have large outdoor terraces with views of Edgewater and beyond, while the homes on the upper floors have smaller balconies.
