A short while back I asked Gaby Jury to take me around Hinsdale and show me a range of homes at different price points.
Our first stop, at a ranch home near Route 83, was in need of work but was being offered at a price that Gaby said she hadn’t seen in years: $169,900. Not that long ago this home would have likely sold for more as a teardown.
