The teardown debate – out of the abstract

The debate over teardowns and McMansions takes on a different cast, we think, when it moves from the abstract to the concrete. Or, more appropriately, the stone, stucco, brick, etc.

In an effort to reduce the level of abstraction in the debate YoChicago is photographing all the teardown sites and everything built on them on Chicago’s north shore.
