One of the last places Joe Zekas and I visited during our South Side drive-around a couple weeks ago was the site of RDM Development‘s multi-phased single-family home development, Marquette Village. RDM planned 139 three-bedroom / 2.5-bath homes for several acres southwest of the 74th Street / Rockwell Street intersection in Marquette Park but has only built 10 to date.
